How do you bill for your services?
Our standard billing procedure is to bill monthly based on set rates for each staff person. We require payment upon presentation of invoice. For many of our services we require an engagement agreement and frequently a retainer.
What hours are you available?
Our normal business hours, are 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday. January through April 15th we maintain Saturday hours 9:00 to 2:00. We would be happy to make special arrangements for evening or weekend consultations.
Fast response times
We commit to responding to your queries as soon as we can or by the end of the same business day. If you leave a message and the CPA you would like to speak with is on vacation, another accountant familiar with your account will get back to you.
