Client FTP Server

Access Resources

To upload a file to us via our FTP Server please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to our website at http://www.tccpa.net
  2. Click the client login button
  3. Create a user ID and password. Write down your password as we cannot retrieve if for you.
  4. Log in with the newly created account
  5. From the drop down menu select the accountant you want as the recipient
  6. Hit the browse button and locate the file you want to upload
  7. The server requires text in both the submission and instructions fields. It does not matter what you write it just needs some text in both fields
  8. Select Submit Upload. If the files is large it may take a few minutes to complete.

The FTP Server can only accept one file at a time. If you want to send multiple files you should first follow these steps and then follow steps 1-8 above:

  1. Create a new file folder where you can locate it and add all of the files you want to send to the folder.
  2. Select the folder and right-click, point to Send To, and then click Compressed (zipped) folder. A new compressed folder is created in the same location as the file folder.
  3. Then follow steps 1-8 above and select the zip folder in step 6.

If you need to upload a QuickBooks file please follow these instructions:

  1. Go into the QuickBooks file as usual
  2. Go to File – Save copy or Backup
  3. Select: Backup Copy and hit next
  4. Select: Local Backup and hit next
  5. Hit the browse button and browse to where you will save the file. Remember the name and location as you will need it to upload the file. The file will have an extension of .qbb
  6. Hit ok
  7. Hit save now
  8. Hit save
  9. Then follow steps 1-8 above and select the QuickBooks file (the file ending in .qbb) in step 6.

 

If you have a user account, but forgot your password, a mechanism is provided for you to enter your e-mail address and an e-mail will be sent to you containing your password.

The Account Login screen is the first screen presented to every user.   On this screen you are required to enter your login, which should be the same as your e-mail address, and the password you entered when you established your user account.

If you are not yet a user, a mechanism is provided here to establish a user account.

To establish a user account you must enter the following information:

    • Your E-mail Address:
      • This e-mail address is used as your Login Id as well as the e-mail address to
        which this application sends messages regarding uploads & notifications.
      • It is important to enter your correct address.
    • A Password:
      • The password pertains only to this application.
      • The password is case sensitive.
    • Your Full Name:
    • Your Company Name:
    • Your Phone Number:

After creating an account, you’ll be required to login, before using this application.

To login, you must enter the login id (e-mail addresss) and password that you used when you created your account.

Client CCH Portal

Microsoft® Silverlight®
Portal is built in Microsoft® Silverlight®. You may be prompted to install Silverlight® (prompt appears on the login page) the first time you attempt to login to Portal. The installation is simple and typically takes less than a minute to complete. Most browsers and operating systems are compatible with Silverlight®, which is needed to access the main Portal interface.

Simple User Interface
Portal may be accessed through Google® Chrome, and mobile devices via a Simple User Interface, also referred to as the Non-Silverlight Login at https://portal.cchaxcess.com/SUI/Login.aspx. Advanced Portal features are not available in the non-Silverlight version of Portal.
