Our standard billing procedure is to bill monthly based on set rates for each staff person. We require payment upon presentation of invoice. For many of our services we require an engagement agreement and frequently a retainer.

Our normal business hours, are 8:30 to 5:30, Monday through Friday. January through April 15th we maintain Saturday hours 9:00 to 5:00. We would be happy to make special arrangements for evening or weekend consultations.
